I am seeking records relating to the eligibility of trans women under the Free HRT scheme. Please provide any letters, emails, memos, records of any meeting minutes, meeting notes, briefing material, associated reports, or presentations sent or received by the Department in relation to the eligibility of trans women under the Free HRT scheme from May 1st 2025, to date. Please also provide any communications with the Irish Pharmacy Union in relation to the same.
