I am requesting a copy of a letter sent to dairy farmers who had slaughtered calves under six months of age. Furthermore, if a generic draft of the letter which was then tailored, is available, that will suffice. I am requesting a copy of the letter. I am also requesting correspondence on the issue between officials involved in the drafting of the letter in the four weeks leading up to it’s dispatch.
