Access to the following records - dated between March 1, 2019 and the date of this letter: A record of correspondence, including but not limited to letters, emails, memos, briefing documents, draft briefing documents, speeches, text messages, WhatsApp messages, reports and draft reports, to and from the Taoiseach’s Office in relation to the Football Association of Ireland (FAI). This should include correspondence with the FAI, Sport Ireland, statutory bodies as well as persons inside and outside of the Department. A record of correspondence, including but not limited to letters, emails, memos, briefing documents, draft briefing documents, speeches, text messages, WhatsApp messages, reports and draft reports, to and from the office of the Secretary General in relation to the Football Association of Ireland (FAI). This should include correspondence with the FAI, Sport Ireland, statutory bodies as well as persons inside and outside of the Department. A record of correspondence, including but not limited to letters, emails, memos, briefing documents, draft briefing documents, speeches, text messages, WhatsApp messages, reports and draft reports, to and from the department’s principal offices in charge of sport policy, sports capital programmes and the finance division’s principal officer in relation to the Football Association of Ireland (FAI). This should include correspondence with the FAI, Sport Ireland, statutory bodies as well as persons inside and outside of the Department. A record of all notes from meetings and discussions the Ministers, Secretary General and principal officers attended in relation to the Football Association of Ireland.
