A copy of all records - including but not limited to e- mails, texts and what's app messages - in relation to the consideration of issuing a press release and of its contents about the detention of two Northern Ireland- based fishing vessels in the Irish Sea on February 26. The request should included any communications with the Irish Naval Service/Defence Forces on the issue.
