Re: Statutory Consultation, Proposed Cashen Estuary Pump Infrastructure for the Feale OPW Arterial Drainage scheme as published on 27 May 2022. I refer to the above and confirm that I am the Chairperson of a local committee representing the views/concerns of some farmers/householders/business people in the affected area of the proposed drainage scheme. I also confirm that our committee made a submission to the OPW by the due date of 8/7/22. I now request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, copies of all submissions/observations made to the OPW concerning the proposed scheme by any group or organisation including: 1 Bird Watch Ireland 2 Friends of the Earth 3 NPWS 4 The Department of the Environment 5 Any other submissions I also request confirmation of the date of these submissions and the date they were received in the Office of Public Works
