Role of OPW in Site Management All records describing the role of the OPW in the management, allocation, or development of these lands. 2. Engagement with Developer / Project Parties All records of engagement, correspondence, or meetings between the OPW and: MLPCC Development Company Limited Feasible Developments Limited or any representatives acting on their behalf from 1 January 2023 to present. 3. Development Facilitation All records relating to any facilitation, coordination, or oversight by the OPW of development works at this location, including: site access infrastructure provision utilities or servicing coordination with other State bodies 4. Agreements or Arrangements All records relating to any agreements, licences, permissions, or arrangements involving third parties in respect of these lands. 5.
