Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request the following records to cover the period 1 January 2025-present concerning Circular 07/2025 - Dividend policy applying to commercial State bodies: • All records (e.g. emails, briefings, meeng minutes or notes, reports, etc) related to the decision-making process or the rationale/reasoning behind this circular; •A ny reports, briefings and/or assessments on concerns with any dividends policies of commercial State and/or semi-state bodies: Please exclude any emails concerning administrative matters with the meeting (e.g., setting a time, change of time, food to be served, etc).
