This request is made pursuant to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2014. (a) All documents including emails records of telephone calls, written correspondence, planning permissions to include texts or other electronic messages, memos of meetings etc between Louth County Council's planning/roads department and Transport Infrastructure Ireland concerning a pole (no 1144) installed on the road at 9 Castle Street, Cappocksgreen, Ardee Street in or around November 7 2022 and the attachment of a direction sign on a subsequent date in November. (b) All documents including email, records of telephone calls, internal written correspondence to include texts and other forms of electronic messages concerning the notification of or records of incidents or complaints concerning road users, including drivers of high vehicles concerning this pole.sign since 7 November 2022. (For the avoidance of doubt, I am seeking the relevant dates and nature of incidents/complaints. I am not seeking any personal information of any notifier/complainant in this category; therefore any issue of data protection can be addressed by redaction of the documents)
