1. All records within the D/Justice (all sections) and between the D/Justice and any & all third parties concerning the ending and conclusions of the Section 42 Mulcahy Inquiry relating to the requester. 2. All recorded exchanges within the D/Justice since May 2017 concerning the Garda block on a named person’s emails which has been the subject of continuous complaint by the requester (and simultaneous denials by the Garda authorities) since late 2007. 3. The response of the Garda authorities when the D/Justice referred that specific complaint (the alleged email block) to the Garda authorities for answer (between 2009 to 2014). 4. All recorded exchanges between the D/Justice and any & all third parties concerning the threatened challenge by the Garda authorities in 2015/17 to a named person’s continuing role in the GSOC supervised investigation after he had ceased to be employed by the GSOC in mid- 2014.
