​In relation to an application by BioAtlantis Ltd for a licence for the mechanical harvesting of kelp in Bantry Bay, submitted in June 2009, approved in principle by Minister John Gormley in 2011 and completed by Minister Kelly in 2014, I request the Statutory Consultee reports and any information generated as a result of public consultation.
