I would like to make an application under the Freedom of Information Act, 2014, for records relating to the Achill Greenway Extension Project (Cashel to Bunacurry).In particular the records I would like to obtain relate to the requests from TII and subsequent replies and corrospondence and approval from the Department of Transport allowing TII to acquire land using the voluntary land Acquisition model using Greenway Sustainability Payment instead of the existing Permissive Access Model.
