Request for information on whether Ireland engages in Cloud Seeding activities. Request to include:  Any government-led initiatives, research projects, or collaborations with private entities aimed at modifying weather patterns through Cloud Seeding techniques;  Clarification on whether Ireland is involved in any Cloud Seeding programs outside its territorial jurisdiction. This encompasses participation in international agreements, partnerships, or contributions to Cloud Seeding efforts in other countries or regions;  Request for disclosure on any awareness or monitoring efforts by relevant Irish authorities regarding Cloud Seeding activities, whether conducted domestically or abroad. This includes any regulatory oversight, research studies, or data collection initiatives related to Cloud Seeding and its potential impacts on the environment, weather patterns, and public health;  Also any documents, reports, correspondence, or other relevant information pertaining to Ireland's involvement or awareness of Cloud Seeding activities, as well as any policies or guidelines governing such activities.
