MSD Ireland has reported meeting with Department of Health officials to raise concerns about EU rules on pharmaceutical IP protection between 1 May and 31 August 2024. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records/details: all paper and digital correspondence (emails, letters, texts, WhatsApps, faxes) between the department and MSD between 1 May and 31 August 2024 all final versions of briefing material prepared by officials ahead of the reported meeting between the parties, minutes for the meeting, records of all material presented at the meeting
