In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am requesting the following: -Records of ministerial briefs regarding a review of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 delivered to the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation between 1 January 2025 and 9 November 2025, and -records of correspondence regarding a review of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 between the office of the Information Commissioner and the office of the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation between 1 January 2025 and 9 November 2025.
