I wish to make a request to DFA under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 for access to the following records: 1. A copy of the contract(s) signed by the Consulate General of Ireland. São Paulo, Brazil, in mid- December 2022 with VENTURA Artes Gráficos Ltda., Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and any subsequent contract(s), to provide design and related services for a DFA exhibition in Rio entitled “Irish in Brazil” (2023): * The full value of that contract in tabular form, with related invoices or receipts; * All subsequent itemized payments to VENTURA in 2023, with related invoices or receipts. * Itemised payments in 2023 to any printing company in Rio for the exhibition in question. 2. Copies of all files and records held referring or relating to a payment by the Consulate General of Ireland, São Paulo, under the title of “Curator Honorarium - Irish in Brazil” (DFA exhibition, 2023); * An explanation of the “government process” or criteria involved in determining the value of that fee / honorarium: * Name of the DFA HQ section responsible for approving that payment; * Date that the said payment was approved. 3. Did DFA’s diplomatic and consular missions in Brazil use a DFA software or DFA platform to issue invitations for the 2023 St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in Brasília and São Paulo, as well as for the opening of DFA’s “Irish in Brazil” exhibition in Rio (15.03.2023)? * What, if any, technical problems arose? If so, a copy of any relevant records would be welcome.
