1. Copies of all correspondence between Departmental officials and Ministers which reference unsuccessful efforts to procure additional Emergency Reception and Orientation Centres (EROCs) in Dublin, Meath, Kildare, Roscommon and Mayo, and of all correspondence sent from external sources to the Department in response to procurement offers for potential EROCs in these areas. 2. Copies of all correspondence between Departmental officials and Ministers which reference failure to find suitable accommodation in communities in a reasonable timeframe for those ready to exit EROCs in the aforementioned areas, and of all complaints sent from external sources to the Department relating to the same subject. 3. Copies of all correspondence between Departmental officials and Ministers which reference an inability to provide services to IRPP arrivals in the aforementioned areas whether in EROCs or in the community, and of all complaints sent from external sources to the Department relating to the same subject.
