I wish to request the following under the provisions of the FOI Act a copy of correspondence to the Dept. of Transport from the Donegal Coroner's Office regarding recommendations arising from the the inquest into the deaths of Thomas Weir and Gerry Doherty held at Letterkenny Courthouse of the 4th & 5th May 2022.
