All documentation and any other records related to the evaluation of tenders through any procurement process related to a hotel by the department or any other body involved in the evaluation on behalf of the department. All communications between the department and any suppliers involved in the potential use of a hotel as accommodation for people seeking international protection or any other group seeking accommodation, or any other use the department is aware of. All documentation or any other records related to the analysis of the suitability of a hotel for any use by the department or any other bodies on behalf of the department.
