I would like to make a request under Access to Information on the Environment rules. I am looking for documentation in relation to works undertaken by the OPW along the Boyne River in Co. Meath in 2021, as well as its tributaries, including the River Deel, during that period. I am happy to confine my request to ecological and environmental reports for the works along the River Boyne and its tributaries during 2021, particularly ecological reports, Screening for Appropriate Assessments, Natura Impact Statements and/or other ecological studies. I would also like to know of any written correspondence between the OPW and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage Development Applications Unit and/or Inland Fisheries Ireland on the works along the River Boyne and its tributaries, including the River Deel, during 2021.
