Copies of records consisting of academic peer reviewed scientific/medical papers dealing with the subject matters of (1) gender dysphoria and, (2), autogynephilia obtained by former Minister Zappone and current Minister O Gorman and the department and which the department holds in electronic or paper form and which documents the former Minister and current Minister, her/his advisers and officials considered and took into account when developing the respective ministers and department’s position and policy in relation to gender dysphoria and gender identity.
