Records in relation to the Grangegorman Development (Central and East Quads): A. Programme (Gantt) records 1.The approved baseline construction programme (contractor’s programme / Gantt) for the Central and East Quads. 2.Any approved programme revisions/updates and 4–8 week look-ahead programmes. 3.Monthly progress reports/dashboards that include programme extracts (milestones, critical path commentary, float/S- curves) within the same period. 4.Correspondence transmitting programme submissions/approvals between the contractor and the GDA. B. Contract / procurement records (high-level) 5) Records that state the form of contract / contract type used (e.g., PPP, Public Works Contract form, etc.) for the Central and East Quads. 6) Records that state the procurement procedure used (e.g., open, restricted, competitive dialogue) and the award date and appointed contractor. 7) Copies of (or links to) any contract award notice or summary procurement report issued or held by the GDA.
