Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request the following records: - A copy of all records (emails, reports, briefings, meeting minutes, text and whatsapp messages, etc) concerning the decision-making process to endorse the Global Guidelines for Countering Antisemitism and/or the IHRA’s non-legally binding working definition of antisemitism between 1 August and 31 November 2024. Please also include records from US Embassy and Consulates; the German Embassy and the Israeli Embassy; - A copy of any letters or correspondence from entities in the US, German or Israel [EXCLUDING FROM INDIVIDUAL CITIZENS UNLESS DIRECTLY WRITING ON BEHALF OF A STATE BODY, NGO OR A PRIVATE ORGANISATION/INSTITUTION] encouraging adoption of the IHRA’s non-legally binding working definition of antisemitism between 1 August and 31 November 2024; and - A copy of the Briefing Note on the IHRA Definition prepared for DFA's Political Director circa September 2024;
