Re: 1) The total number of households on your housing waiting lists. 2) A breakdown of the housing list by household size. 3) The total number of allocations (standard, priority, transfer) made in the last 12 months broken down by tenancy type, unit size and average waiting time. 4) The total housing stock in your administrative area broken down by Council units, Housing Association owned units, RAS tenancies, HAP tenancies, long term leased tenancies. 5) The number of acquisitions in the past 12 months. 6) The number of refurbishments in the past 12 months. 7) The number of new builds currently under way. 8) The number of planning permissions for social housing on file but not yet commenced 9) The average length of time it took to pass these permissions 10) The total number of voids 11) The average length of time it took to re-tenant voids in the last 12 months. 12) The number of households on your priority housing list broken down by priority type-homelessness, medical, overcrowding, anti-social and broken down by household. 13) The number of staff (full time equivalents employed in your housing department in 2007, 2010 and 2015 and the total cost of these staff for each of the three years. 14) An estimate of the additional funding required in 2016 to return staffing levels to 2010 and 2007 levels. 15) The number of DPG, HAG & MAG applications approved and awaiting funding and the total amount of funding required to clear these waiting lists. 16) The total acreage of Council owned land in your administrative area zoned for residential development. 17) Total number of households (with breakdown by household type and adult/children) registered as homeless in your administrative area. 18) Total number of rough sleepers in your administrative area. 19) Total number of households (with breakdown by household size and adult/children) in emergency accommodation. 20) Total number of allocations of housing to people on your homeless list for the last 12 months broken down by household size and average length of time in emergency accommodation. 21) Total number of households on your older persons housing list and average waiting time for allocations off this list in last 12 months.
