Details of 2019, 2020 and 2021 (inclusive and by year) regarding the number of people who presented as homeless citing domestic violence/abuse; number in the same timeframe of people deemed active domestic violence cases ; number of refuges or shelters and capacity of same; the number of 'can not accommodate' cases involving those refuges or shelters, again in the same timeframe and as notified to the local authority (ie, people seeking a bed in a refuge or shelter but here no bed is available). Any additional contextual information regarding funding of these refuges and how those who cannot be accommodated in them due to space or capacity issues are housed alternatively.
