A copy of the certificate of compliance on completion for the following schools, together with a copy of the ancillary certificates listed in the schedule to the certificate and furnished with the certificate: a) Colaiste De Lacy, Ashbourne. (reference CC00000005610MH) b) Gaelscoil na Mí, Ashbourne (reference CC00000005610MH) c) Ashbourne Educate Together N.S (reference CC00000005609MH) 2. A copy of the commencement notice and all statutory certificates furnished in connection with the construction of the above schools buildings, planning register references DA140148, AA/140734 and AA/140734. 3. A copy of the inspection plan lodged in connection with the commencement notice for the above development. 4. A copy of all correspondence between the local authority and the owner, builder, assigned certifier or designer in respect of the development during the period from the date of commencement notice to the date of the registration of the certificate of compliance on completion.
