a copy of the analysis referred to in the below image - Psychometric testing in the Naval Service General Service recruitment was paused, on a pilot basis, for 6 months in June 2023. An analysis of the revised approach, and its effects on recruitment/induction numbers will then take place and will inform future decisions on this process.
