I request copies (hard copy and/or electronic) of the early reports of the Water Resources Advisory Committee of An Foras Forbartha - the National Institute for Physical Planning and Construction Research. An Foras is no longer in existence since ~1987. The Committee was chaired by Mr. Larry Enright, Head of the Water Resources Division. I am particularly interested in what may be the first report, probably drafted by Senator Professor James C. I. Dooge, who was a member of the advisory committee in the early 1970s.
