Copies of all records dating from May 2021 including, but not limited to, email correspondence, relating or referring to a proposed media rights deal in respect of the media/picture rights and/or data rights of Irish race fixtures; and 2. Copies of all records dating from May 2021 including, but not limited to, email correspondence, received from any of the 26 individual racecourses on the island of Ireland and/or the Association of Irish Racecourses and/or United Irish Racecourses in relation to media/picture rights and/or data rights including but not limited to the sale of such rights.
