Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

Under the FOI Act I would like to request documents from the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform regarding properties at 142-144 Harolds Cross Road, Dublin 6, which were disposed of to the DCC. Specifically, I am requesting information relating to the dates and price paid by the Minister, if the properties were purchased, or if it was by dissolution of a company owning said properties. In addition I would like to know the name of such a company. This can be also answered without an FOI if that is more simple.
