​I request access to the following records which are non-personal and which I believe are held by the local authority: A record of the total number of residential units owned by the local authority on March 1, 2026. This should include a breakdown of the types of residential property (i.e. number of bedrooms, house/apartment/duplex, etc).A record of the number of residential units in the possession of the local authority that were vacant/not being used by tenant(s)/occupants on March 1, 2026. This should include a breakdown of the types of residential property (i.e. number of bedrooms, house/apartment/duplex, etc), whether it is currently deemed habitable, the date it became vacant/unoccupied.A record of the number of residential units being let/leased to the local authority. This should include a breakdown of the types of residential property (i.e. number of bedrooms, house/apartment/duplex, etc). Where sensitive information that cannot be released under the Freedom of Information Act is an issue, I am willing to receive redacted information.
