All records created by or in the possession of the Office of Government Procurement as a result of, stemming from or in consideration of etc. my Freedom of Information Request, FOI/P109/2019. The records should include, but are not limited to, any draft wording/ responses etc. proposed, emails, notes of meetings, discussions or calls concerning or mentioning the request, notifications of the request to individuals/ organisations (both internal and external), any hand written notes concerning/ mentioning the request (to include those written on other records or in the margins thereof etc.. All records held or created by the Office of Government Procurement in relation to calls and/or mobile messages (including text, WhatsApp etc.) to or from OGP in relation to FOI/P109/2019. This should include call details where they exist including duration of calls etc. and any notes of calls. In the interest of clarity I am aware that at least one call took place. Call log details in respect of said calls should be retrievable from the mobile handset and/ or mobile service provider.
