Under the Freedom of Information Act I request the following for the period 01 September 2021 to 01 July 2022: 1. All documents and communications between the Department of Transport and the IAA relating to the Air Navigation & Transport Bill 2020 and any amendments to the Bill proposed by members of the Oireachtas. 2. All minutes of meetings or meeting notes between the Department of Transport and the IAA relating to the Air Navigation Transport Bill 2020 and any amendments to the Bill proposed by members of the Oireachtas. & 3. All documents and communications between the Department of Transport and any party/ies (other than the IAA) relating to the Air Navigation Transport Bill 2020 and any amendments to the Bill proposed by members of the Oireachtas. Such party/ies include but is not limited to airlines and aviation technical experts or consultants. & 4. All minutes of meetings or meeting notes between the Department of Transport and any party/ies (other than the IAA) relating to the Air Navigation Transport Bill 2020 and any amendments to the Bill proposed by members of the Oireachtas. Such party/ies include but is not limited to airlines and aviation technical experts or consultants.
