Please provide me with copies of all records, including email, instant messenger messages (e.g. Whatsapp group messages etc), and other correspondence relating to the decision to withdraw visitors books from OPW sites and the subsequent reversal of that decision. To assist in narrowing the scope of the search for documents, I would like to constrain my request to documents created on or after the 23rd of July 2019.
