·        Correspondence regarding concerns at the poor response to significant internal control weaknesses within Cork City Council; ·        All correspondence or contacts with the Internal Audit division at Cork City council relating to the preparation of the LGAS audit of Cork City Council; ·        A copy of all files, notes or briefs available to or relied on by LGAS in preparation of the correspondence.​
