·         Copies of any records – to include emails, memos, letters, handwritten notes, faxes, memos, reports etc – held in the Minister’s office relating to the 2014 allocations of   a/ allocations to local authorities for adaptations and extensions to social houses to meet needs of tenants with a disability or to address serious overcrowding b/ allocations to local authorities for energy retrofitting works to social houses.   ·         Copies of any representations made to the Department of the Environment relating to 2014 allocations, as above.
