My request below is intended to relate to records created in your own department / office / body, and also only relating to measures taken / proposed in your own department / office / body. I am not seeking records relating to national policy, nor am I seeking records relating to instructions given to bodies under the aegis of government departments (e.g. IDA in Department of Enterprise). Under the Freedom of Information Acts, I wish to request access to the following records - • Any record created since March 2022 which proposed or recommended the discontinuation of Covid19 safety measures such as masking or the use of social distancing • Any record created since March 2022 which records a decision to discontinue Covid19 safety measures • Any record created since March 2022 instructing staff to discontinue Covid19 safety measures. I request access to these records in their original form, and that they be sent by email, please. I will be happy to clarify / refine any aspect
