I'm applying under the FOI Act for all papers sent and received either by Fax/Emails/Letters by Ms. Kilda Taylor of the Irish Department of the Marine and Natural Resources to ROINN AN TAOISIGH regarding the Foyle,Carlingford and Irish Lights Commission between the 1st of February 2000 until the end of 2000 and to include all papers received from the UK Department of Employment,Transport and the Regions and to include all replies. Copies of any draft letters/letters sent to the Minister for clearance regarding DETR papers to be included in this FOI request also please. All information can be sent electronically .
