Request for (1) the total cost of procurement of land for and the building of the Arklow-Gorey Bypass service area, (2) the monthly expenditure on the service area, (3) the total cost thus far for electricity, maintenance and security since its build was complete, (4) the reason that the service station has not yet opened for business, and (5) the prospective proprietor for the service area.
