I refer to the “East Galway Landfill – Cell Development and Capping Contract – May 2018”. I would like to work in the area of public procurement where I could help suppliers prepare better quality submission. To that end I write to ask you very kindly if you could please send me a copy of the Quality Submission (MEAT = Quality + Price but I do not want the price, only quality submission) submitted by the winning tenderer for the above noted civil engineering contract in May 2017.
