I am applying for all records under the FOI Act 2014 for a copy of the full notification sent by the Department for Infrastructure (Northern Ireland) to the Department of Climate, Environment and Communications on 30th January 2025 in relation to transboundary consultation for a gold mine application for Greencastle, Co. Tyrone. The request includes, but is not limited to: All records between the Department for Infrastructure (Northern Ireland) to the Department of Climate, Environment and Communications in the lead up to the 30 January 2025 notification. This also includes any records from/between the Department of Climate, Environment and Communications and any other government Departments and/or officials.
