Day one (29th August, 2017) of the oral hearing regarding Irish Cement factory Castlemungret, Co. Limerick - a Prof. O'Connett made an oral/presentation submission and included incorrect statements regarding Aughinish Alumina. These statesment were of an inflammatory nature and Aughinish Alumina request a copy of both the oral and written submission.
