I am writing to request access to records held by the Department of Foreign Affairs under the Freedom of Information Act, 2014. BASF pls has reported partaking in a roundtable with Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill between September 1 and December 2024. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records/details: – all paper and digital correspondence (emails, letters, texts, WhatsApps, faxes) between the department and BASF relating to the above meeting – all final versions of briefing material prepared by officials ahead of the meeting – minutes for the meeting – records of all material presented at the meeting
