All correspondence between the OPW and the individual who authored the letter to the PAC (I suspect you will redact their name from the records, between 1st March 2014 and 1st September 2018 2. In relation to the "timeline of key events" set out in the final page of the linked letter, I would request documents held in respect of point 5, dated July 2015, where the OPW requested an investigation into previously identified sample cases with a particular emphasis on 'corruption'.The letter states this report was received by the OPW in December 2017. This would include the report itself, and any other documentation created by the OPW in relation to the report, such as memos, briefings, or correspondence to other public bodies on the matter.
