1.Any correspondence,documents, drawings,submissions or any other record associated with the Enforcement Notice pursuant to S. 154(5)(a)(i) of the Planning and Development Act 2000(as amended) issued by the Council on 13th September 2018,reference S7920. 2.Any correspondence,minutes,attendance notes, e-mails,reports or any other record concerning how it has come to the attention of the Council that alleged unauthirised development may have been,is being or may be carried out at Liffey Valley Shopping Centre to specifically include any notification or complaint of the alleged unauthorised development to the Council from any party and to further include any drafts or versions of drafts of the documents referenced on page 2 of the Enforcement Notice,to the extent same have been carried out to date.
