Could I request the following under the FOI act. Any briefings prepared internally by the department or for the minister for public expenditure or the minister for finance in the run up to Budget 2026 about the redistribution of the contingency reserve into new spending. For reference, €3.1 billion of the contingency reserve in the base appears to have been subtracted and added back in as new spending, as par page 12 of this document: https://assets.gov.ie/static/documents/8429155f/Expenditure_Report_2026_V2_14th_Oct.pdf Can I include in that any briefings on the establishment of the new €1 billion contingency reserve. Can I also get a full breakdown of what the contingency reserve for 2025 has been spent on to date, and how much of it is left over/projected to be used by year end 2025.
