An email dated 1512/2015 references a meeting between the DAFM, ISPCA, DPSCA and LAVs on, amongst other issues, puppy farms and puppy trade export. Please provide a copy of these minutes. Please provide all correspondence in which LCC was involved in relation to the issuing of an invitation to a third party, also a copy of the "low level document/letter of comfort"; copies of the minutes from a dog meeting group where LCC intended to discuss the document referenced above; all correspondence from 2015 to date between LCC and a third party. We note that much of this information should have been made public by way of the Lobbying Act. On 19/05/16 there was an email between LCC and LGMA referencing a DBE Group meeting, please provide a copy of these minutes .
