I am making the following request for the following records and information, physical, printed, electronically retained or otherwise retained regarding the tendering process that was used to award Atkins the Contract to survey 57 bridges on behalf of Louth County Council in 2022 and the record of the tendering process applied to award a similar contract to Atkins in 2024 to survey 64 Principle Inspections on bridges throughout Co. Louth in 2024. A copy of the record that awarded the contract and the decision maker who awarded the contract to Atkins in 2022 and 2024.
