Galway City Council

I am seeking certain records held by your Council concerning travel under its twinning programme, undertaken at both a county level and at a town level. Specifically, I am seeking the following: 1. Copies of the itineraries for each twinning trip, from 2016-2020. This should include the names of the travelling parties, including Councillors, Council staff and any other parties that travelled. Please note: As these trips are entirely publicly funded, the public ought to have the right the to know who went on these trips, even where the travelling parties are not Councillors or Council staff. (I should stress, however, that I do not require the names of any transition year students who may have taken part in student exchange programmes.) 2. Copies of all Twinning Grant Applications that were submitted to the Council (or its Twinning Committee) from 2016-2020. I need only the applications that related to trips that went ahead. 3. Copies of any end-of-year 'Twinning Reports' produced by the Twinning Committee(s), from 2016-2020 and submitted to the Council.
