Correspondence with/from the Garda Síochána on the topic 4. Road Safety Benefits adduced 5. Any Alternative Enforcement Methodology considered 6. Any comparative study conducted between the relative merits of using the Garda Robot Vans as Distinct from the named Detection methodology 7. Minutes of meeting held between the Department and the Garda Síochána 8. The identity of the Garda Officers recommending the named option including the commissioner but also identifying the expert advice and analysis provided by others 9. The operative date of the commencement of the Contract if different from the signature date 10. The termination date of the contract 11. Any other bodies consulted on the merits of the contract 12. Any lobbying activity conducted and if so by whom.
