Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 I request the following records: Correspondence, communications, minutes of meetings, notes taken at meetings and emails between the OPW and SIPTU regarding Castletown House and Demesne and/or staff who work at Castletown House and Demesne and/or access to Castletown House and Demesne by SIPTU members. Scope of request 1st April 2023 to date of request. Records detailing the recent decision to amend the opening hours of Castletown House and Demesne to between 9:30 am to 4:30pm including who made the decision, the minutes of meetings and/or any records relating to the approval of the revised opening hours. Scope of request 1st September 2023 to the date of the request. Records detailing the expenditure by the OPW on security and security measures for Castletown House and Demesne between 1st January 2023 to the date of the request. A copy of the public procurement process, a copy of all correspondence and communications to and from OPW, a copy of the contract/approved tender and all invoices paid by the OPW in relation to the engagement of a private contractor by the OPW to construct a car park on OPW lands at Castletown in or about September 2023. Scope of request: 1st May 2023 to date of request. Records detailing the engagement of an “Independent Facilitator”, Mr. Niall Quinn BL by the OPW, including the brief issued to Mr. Quinn, invoices issued by Mr. Quinn and correspondence between the OPW and Mr. Quinn incl. the terms of Mr. Quinn’s engagment. Scope of request is from 1st April 2023 to the date of the request.
